Wilson Cleaners Terms & Policies

Wilson Cleaners and Laundry is locally owned and operated right here in Brownwood for all your dry-cleaning and laundry needs.

We offer a 24-hour laundry drop off located at the front of our building. Simply drop off your items and pick them up later that same day.

We offer same day laundry and dry-cleaning services if brought in by 9 a.m. Monday through Friday.

We will be happy to itemize your order while you wait, otherwise you must accept our count.

Washable items will be dry-cleaned at the customer’s risk and/or dry-cleaned items will be washed at the customer’s risk.

We are not responsible for sequins/beads or fugitive dyes that separate during the cleaning process.

We will be happy to replace buttons at no additional cost if brought to our attention.

On Laundered Shirts: we will not be responsible for damages to snaps.

Articles left over 90 days will be donated to charity.

All garments must be cleaned prior to alterations being performed. This is a State Law.

All returned checks will be subject to a service charge through our check collection service.
