Store Policies

We offer same day laundry and drycleaning services if brought in by 9am Monday thru Friday.

We will be happy to itemize your order while you wait, otherwise you must accept our count.

Washable items will be drycleaned at the customers risk and/or drycleaned items will be washed at the customers risk.

We are not responsible for sequins/beads or fugitive dyes that separate during the cleaning process.

We will be happy to replace buttons at no additional cost if brought to our attention.

On Laundered Shirts, we will not be responsible for damages to snaps.

Articles left over 90 days will be donated to charity.

All garments must be cleaned prior to any alterations being performed. This is a State Law

All Returned checks will be subject to a service charge through our check collection service.
